Arcum - Arctic research center

Today Arcum were celebrating five years as a research center. The day was filled with interesting talks and panel debates. Among other things some intetesting questions were raised eg., is the inland of Sweden bif enough for us all and how to refine the Arctic strenght?

There was also a climate focus; we need to stop debating climate change and start working on adaptation and resilience!

The Vice Chancellor for Umeå University gives a presentation of Umeå University as the Swedish Arctic University.
